Commencement OF Act No. 9 of 2007

In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section 4 of the Trusts (Amendment) Act (No. 9 of 2007), and all other powers thereunto me enabling, I, SAID MUSA, Minister responsible for International Financial Services, do hereby appoint the 15th day of June, 2007, as the day on which the said Act shall come into force.
