Application requirements

An application for registration of an international trust shall consist of the following6 (a) completed application form as set out in Schedule I to these Regulations; Schedule I. (b) an affidavit from the Trust Agent in the form set out in Schedule IV, verifying that all the information required to be kept by him under section 65A(5) of the Act is duly held and recorded by him; Schedule IV. Schedule II. (c) the prescribed fee as set out in Schedule II to these Regulations; and (d) any other documentation as may from time to time be required by the Commission. Schedule II.
