Jurisdiction of the Court

The Court has jurisdiction in respect of any matters concerning a trust where44 (a) the proper law of the trust is the law of Belize; (b) a trustee of the trust is resident in Belize; (c) any property of the trust is situated in Belize; or (d) any part of the administration of the trust is carried on in Belize.
