Implied powers of Trustees

(1) Subject to the terms of the trust, the powers contained in Schedule II shall apply to all trusts to which this section applies. Schedule II. Schedule II. (2) The terms of a trust may provide that some or all of the powers contained in Schedule II shall apply to that trust and with or without modification.
