Declaration of a Trust Corporation

It is hereby declared that Cornerstone Trust Corporation Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, Chapter 250 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, Revised Edition 2000- 2003, and having its registered office at 21 Guadalupe Street, Belize City, Belize shall be a Trust Corporation for the purposes of the Trust Corporation Act.
