Declaration of a Trust Corporation

It is hereby declared that Belize Corporate and IP Services Limited, a company incorporated under the companies Act, Chapter 250 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, and having its registered office at The Volta Building, Gaol Lane, Belize City, Belize, shall be a Trust Corporation for the purpose of the Trust Corporation Act.
