Declaration of a Trust Corporation

It is hereby declared that Services International (TSI) Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, Chapter 250 of the Substantive Laws of Belize, and having its registered office at #2A King Street, Belize City shall be a Trust Corporation for the purposes of the Trust Corporation Act.
