Declaration of a Trust Corporation
Trust Corporation (Orion Corporate And Trust Service Limited) Order, para. 2 · Revised Edition 2020
It is hereby declared that Orion Corporate and Trust Services Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, Chapter 250 of the Substantive Laws of Belize,
and having its registered office at No. 43 Barrack Road, Belize City, Belize, shall be a Trust Corporation for the purpose of the Trust Corporation Act.
