Certain Acts not to be extended

No Act, (a) having local or limited operation only, or (b) relating to bankruptcy or insolvency, or 6 (c) regulating any profession, trade or business, or (d) relating to and regulating customs or excise, shall extend to Belize by virtue of this Act, but any such Act may be specifically applied to Belize by another law.
