Duties of Public Trustee

The Public Trustee shall– (a) make a complete inventory of every estate of which he is an executor or the administrator; (b) keep an account of all receipts, payments, and dealings with every such estate; and (c) retain all letters received and copies of all letters written by him, and all deeds, certificates of title, writings, and papers of or relating to such estate.
