Deputy not to act as Attorney-at-Law

No deputy Public Trustee and no firm or member of a firm of Attorneys-at-Law of which such deputy is a member shall, except with the consent in writing of the Public Trustee and subject to such conditions as he may impose, act as Attorney-at-Law or Attorneys at-Law to a trust or estate which is in course of administration by such act as Attorney at-Law.
