Copies of report and documents

(1) Where any investigation or audit has been made, copies of the report and certificate of the auditor under section 19 (2) the Act and such copies of accounts and other documents as the Public Trustee may require shall be forwarded to him by the auditor, and shall be considered by the Public Trustee before giving any direction or making any order under section 19 (5) of the Act. (2) The expense of making and forwarding any such copies as aforesaid and the fee of the Public Trustee shall be part of the expenses of the investigation and audit.
