Authentication of seal

In all cases where any deed or other instrument requires to be executed by the Public Trustee under his official seal, the affixing of the seal may be authenticated by the signature either of the Public Trustee or of some officer of the Public Trustee duly authorised by the Public Trustee in that behalf under his seal.
