The Registrar to be Public Trustee till other appointment made

Unless and until the Governor-General appoints some other person to be the Public Trustee, the Registrar shall be the Public Trustee, and any person lawfully discharging the duties of Registrar shall have all the rights, powers and liabilities, and may discharge any of the duties, of the Public Trustee.
