Suspension of execution of judgments against deceased

No person who has obtained the judgment of a competent court against a deceased person in his lifetime, or against his executor or estate, shall sue out or obtain any process in execution thereon before the expiration of the period notified in the Gazette in manner provided in section 36 and no person shall thereafter within six months after the grant of probate or letters of administration obtain any process in execution without first obtaining an order of the court.
