Land Certificate to be endorsed by Registrar

The Registrar shall endorse a Land Certificate issued for a strata lot in a strata plan, a notification that by virtue of the provisions of the Act, the proprietor holds his lot and his share in the common property subject to any interests affecting the same for the time being notified on the registered strata plan and subject to any amendments to strata lots or common property shown on the plan.
