Power of Registrar to make changes in registered strata plans

The Registrar, after such inquiries and notices, if any, as he may consider necessary, and upon the production of such evidence and the compliance with such requests, if any, as he may think necessary may– (a) number or re-number any strata lots in a (b) supply omissions and correct patent errors in a (c) amend a registered strata plan in such other manner as he may think proper.
