Duty of Registrar to record, etc., transfer of parcel

Where a parcel has been transferred by the corporation after the building is destroyed, the Registrar– (a) shall enter on the relevant registered strata plan, a notification of the cancellation thereof; and (b) shall indicate by appropriate charting upon any relevant plan that such registered strata plan has been cancelled.
