Other provisions of the Act to apply
Strata Titles Registration Regulations, reg. 21 · Revised Edition 2020
The other provisions of the Act shall apply in respect of–
(a) subdivisions of land into strata lots under these Regulations; and
(b) phase strata plans and complete strata plans.
