Orders of court to be lodged with Registrar

(1) Any person appointed as an administrator pursuant to section 9 of the Act shall lodge with the Registrar, a certified copy of the order of the court making such appointment. (2) The corporation shall lodge with the Registrar, a certified copy of any order made by the court pursuant to regulation 19. (3) Upon receipt of any such certified copy, the Registrar shall note and sign on the relevant registers such particulars as may be necessary.
