Notification under the Act to be in prescribed form

Strata Titles Registration Regulations, reg. 11 · Revised Edition 2020

A notification of destruction of a building given by the corporation pursuant to section 17(1)(a) of the Act shall be in the form or to the effect of Form 8. form.
