Building, etc., not deemed to be a hotel

Cap. 196, s. 21 · Revised Edition 2020

A building and common property within the meaning of this Act shall not be interpreted to mean a hotel within the meaning of the Hotels and Tourist Accommodation Act, Cap. taxes.
