ALL THAT piece and parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Orange Walk District; containing approximately 389 sq. kilometres and bounded as follows On the North by the Blue Creek and Rio Hondo Work, on the East by Booth’s River, on the South by lands known now or formerly as Yalbac and on the West by the Belize / Guatemala Frontier and being more particularly described as follows – (a) commencing at a point being junction of the right descending bank of Rio Bravo and the left descending bank of Booth’s River; (b) thence upstream along the said left descending bank of Booth’s River for an approximate 24 Gazette Notice 1484 G 1072 of 1991 Gazette dated 16 November 1991. Registered Land Act 95 distance of 31,500 meters to a point where the left bank of Booth’s River intersects with the North limit of the Blair Camp/Gallon Jug major track; (c) thence Westward along the Blair Camp/Gallon Jug major track for an approximate distance of 1,800 meters to a point having UTM coordinate value of 1,941,000 meters Northings and 290,000 meters Eastings; (d) thence due South for a distance of 1,000 meters more or less to a point having a UTM coordinate value of 1,940 meters Northings and 290,000 meters Eastings; (e) thence West for an approximate distance of 18,350 meters to a point where the 1,940,000 meters Northings grid line intersects with the Belize/Guatemala Frontier; (f) thence due North along said Belize/Guatemala frontier for an approximate distance of 25,250 meters to a point; (g) thence on a true bearing of North 48 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East for a true distance of 19,891.48 meters more or less to a concrete pillar; (h) thence on a true bearing of South 48 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds East for a true distance of 12.87 kilometres more or less to a point on the left descending bank of Rio Bravo; (i) thence downstream along the said left descending bank of Rio Bravo for an approximate distance of 6,500 meters back to the point of commencement, SAVE and 96 EXCEPT the 66 feet reserves along all rivers, streams, creeks, lagoons and ponds.
