ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Orange Walk District; containing approximately 135 sq. kilometres and bounded as follows – (a) on the East by a remaining portion of land known now or formerly as Sierra de Agua; (b) on the South by the Gallon Jug/Blair Camp/Sierra de Agua major track; and (c) on the North and West by Booth’s River, vide Tracing No. 96, Orange Walk District (Agricultural), and map sheet No. 14 Series E- 755 (DOS-4499) Edition 3, Crown Copyright 1973, published by the Directorate of Overseas Surveys of the United Kingdom, and 23 Gazette Notice 1483 G 1072 of 1991 Gazette dated 16 November 1991. 92 Registered Land Act lodged at the office of the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys in Belmopan and being more particularly described as follows – (i) commencing at a point being the intersection of the Northern Limit of the Gallon Jug/Blair Camp/Sierra de Agua major track and the right descending bank of Booth’s River; (ii) thence downstream along the said right descending bank of Booth’s River for an approximate distance of 18,900 meters to a point having UTM coordinate value of 1,957,000 meters Northings 302,250 meters Eastings; (iii) thence Southward for an approximate distance of 15,900 meters to a point on the Northern Limit of the Hill Bank/Gallon Jug Road, having UTM co-ordinate value of 1,941,100 meters Northings and 302,250 meters Eastings; (iv) thence Westward along the said Northern limit of the Hill Bank/Gallon Jug Road for an approximate distance of 1,800 meters to a point at the Junction of the Hill Bank/Gallon Jug Road and the Gallon Jug/Blair Camp/Sierra de Agua major track; (v) thence continuing Westward along the Northern limit of the said Gallon Jug/Blair Camp/Sierra de Agua major track for an approximate distance of 8,800 meters back to the point of commencement, SAVE and EXCEPT Registered Land Act 93 the 66 feet reserves along all rivers, streams, creeks, lagoons and ponds.
