ALL THAT piece or parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Orange Walk District; containing approximately 494 sq. kilometres and bounded as follows – (a) on the Northeast by lands known now or formerly as Dalgetty Work and Barber Creek Work; (b) on the East by the lands laid out on the West bank of New River Lagoon and also by a part of New River Lagoon; (c) on the South by the Hill Bank/ Gallon Jug Road; 22 Gazette Notice 1482 G 1071 of 1991 Gazette dated 16 November 1991. 88 (d) and on the West by the remaining portion of lands known now or formerly as Sierra de Agua; vide Tracings 65A, 82, 92 and 96 of Orange Walk District (Agricultural) lodged at the office of the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys in Belmopan, and being more particularly described as follows – (a) commencing at a point being the Junction of the South bank of Irish Creek where it sheds into New River Lagoon on the West bank of the New River Lagoon; (b) thence Southward along the said West bank of New River Lagoon for an approximate distance of 8,900 meters to a point having UTM co-ordinate values of 1,946,600 meters Northings and 319,550 meters Eastings; (c) thence in the Westerly direction for an approximate distance of 250 meters to a point on the Northern Limit of the Hill Bank/Gallon Jug Road; (d) thence Westward along the said Northern Limit of the Hill Bank/Gallon Jug Road for an approximate distance of 18,000 meters to a point where it intersects with the grid line having a UTM coordinate value of 302,250 meter Eastings; (e) thence Northward along the said grid line having a UTM coordinate value of 302,250 meters Easting for an approximate value of 15,800 meters to a point where it intersects with the right descending bank of Booth’s River; 89 (f) thence downstream along the said right descending bank of Booth’s River for an approximate distance of 13.7 kilometres to a point at the confluence of Rio Bravo with Booth’s River; (g) thence downstream along the right descending bank of Rio Bravo for an approximate distance of 10.3 kilometres to its confluence with the right descending bank of Blue Creek; (h) thence downstream along the said right descending bank of Blue Creek for an approximate distance of 1,100 meters to a point where it sheds into Rio Hondo; (i) thence downstream along the right descending bank of Rio Hondo for an approximate distance of 1,100 meters to a concrete pillar on the Northwesternmost edge of the Western boundary of Dalgetty Work (Estate No. 197); (j) thence on the true bearing of South 51 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds East along the said boundary for a distance of 10,459.87 meters to a concrete pillar; (k) thence on a true bearing of South 26 degrees 45 minutes 09 seconds West for a distance of 7,381.92 meters to a concrete pillar; (l) thence on a true bearing of South 63 degrees 14 minutes 51 seconds East for a distance of 2,844.92 meters to a concrete pillar; (m) thence on a true bearing of North 26 degrees 45 minutes 09 seconds East for a distance of 6,786.85 meters to a concrete pillar; 90 (n) thence on a true bearing of South 51 degrees 26 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 601.97 meters to a concrete pillar; (o) thence on a true bearing of South 15 degrees 02 minutes 29 seconds East for a distance of 4,279.32 meters to a concrete pillar; (p) thence on a true bearing of South 54 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds West for a distance of 7,428.18 meters to a concrete pillar; (q) thence on a true bearing South 02 degrees 44 minutes 30 seconds East for an approximate distance of 11,900.00 meters to a point on the South bank of Irish Creek; (r) thence downstream along the said South bank of Irish Creek back to the point of commencement; SAVE and EXCEPT the 66 feet reserves along all rivers, streams, creeks, lagoons and ponds.
