Registered Land Act 75 It is hereby declared in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of the Laws of Belize Chapter 157, that the registration section is declared to be a Compulsory Registration Area St. Martin De Porres, Block 45. ALL THAT piece or parcel of land containing approximately 159 acres and situate approximately 1,100 feet west of Belcan Bridge in Belize City, Belize District and bounded on the north by the north bank of Haulover Creek, on the south by Crown Land, on the east by Grant No. 35 of 1952 and Crown Lands and on the west by Grant No. 28 of 1944 and Crown Land. Being more particularly described as follows– (a) COMMENCING from a point of the high water mark on the northerly bank of the Haulover Creek, being the north-east corner of the herein described parcel; (b) thence on a true bearing of south for a distance of 1,042 feet to a point; (c) thence on a true bearing of south 19° 30’ west for a distance of 483.6 feet to a point; 76 Registered Land Act (d) thence on a true bearing of south for a distance 1,362.22 feet to a point; (e) thence on a true bearing of North 81° 30’ west for a distance of 108 feet to a point; (f) thence on a true bearing of north 58° 30’ west for a distance of 117 feet to a point; (g) thence on a true bearing of south 28° 30’ west for a distance 358 feet to a point; (h) thence on a true bearing, of north 62° west for a distance of 1,575 feet to a point; (i) thence on a true bearing of north 30° 30’ east for a distance of 308 feet to a point; (j) thence on a true bearing of north 56° west for a of 167 feet to a point; (k) thence of a true bearing of north 77° west for a distance of 292 feet to a point; (l) thence on a true bearing of north for a distance of 1,850 feet to a point; (m) thence on a true bearing of south 89° 51’ 43” east for a distance of 313.5 feet to a point; (n) thence on a true bearing of north for a distance of 1,508 feet to a point; (o) thence in an easterly direction along the high water mark of the Haulover Creek for a distance of approximately 2,242 feet back to the point of commencement.
