Registered Land Act 61 [28th February 1981.] It is hereby declared in accordance with the provisions of Section 4 of the Registered Land Ordinance, 1977 that the hereafter described section is declared to be Compulsory Registration Area ALL THAT PIECE OF PARCEL OF LAND being the Concepcion Village in the Corozal District now and formerly National Land and bounded on the North by National Land, on the East by Concepcion Aventura Registration Area, on the South by agricultural parcels in the said registration area, on the West by the said agricultural parcels and National Land and containing approximately 210 acres and being more particularly described as follows– (a) commencing at a concrete pillar being the North- western corner of parcel Number 115 Concepcion Aventura Section Block one, the said concrete pillar being the South westerly corner of the herein described parcel; (b) thence on a bearing of N° 8́́́́́9° 26’ 00” E along portion of the Northern boundary of subdivision of area between the villages of Libertad and Concepcion for a distance of 5,675.81 feet more or less to a concrete pillar; 62 Registered Land Act (c) thence on a bearing of N 0° 34’ 00” W for a distance of 726.00 feet more or less to a point on the Southern limit of the Northern Highway; (d) thence on a bearing of N 8́́́́́9° 26’ 00” E for a distance of 66.00 feet more or less to a concrete pillar on the same limit of the said highway; (e) thence on a bearing of N 59° 30’ 00” E for a distance of 200.38 feet more or less to a concrete pillar on the Northern limit of the Northern Highway; (f) thence on a bearing of N 45° 48́́́́́’ 07” E for a distance of 14.50 feet more or less to a concrete pillar; (g) thence on a bearing of N 2° 11’ 35” E along the Western limit of 40.00 feet road reserve for a distance of 1081.64 feet to a point on the said limit; (h) thence on a bearing of S 8́́́́́9° 26’ 00” W for a distance of 283.53 feet more or less to a concrete pillar; (i) thence on a bearing of S 0° 34’ 00” E for a distance of 100.00 feet more or less to a concrete pillar; (j) thence on a bearing of S 8́́́́́9° 26’ 00” W for a distance of 500.00 feet more or less to a concrete pillar thence on a bearing of S 0° 34’ 00” E for a distance of 100.00 feet more or less to a concrete pillar; (q) thence on a bearing of S 29° 25’ 25” W for a distance of 266.50 feet more or less to a concrete pillar on the same limit of the said road reserve; (r) thence on a bearing of S 32° 50’ 25” W for a distance of 200.02 feet more or less to a concrete pillar on the same limit of the said road reserve; (s) thence on a bearing of S 4° 26’ 55” E for a distance of 155.00 feet more or less to a concrete pillar on the same limit of the said road reserve; (t) thence on a bearing of S 56° 18́́́́́’ 22” W for a distance of 139.42 feet more or less to a concrete pillar; (u) thence on a bearing of N 72° 25’ 25” W for a distance of 259.22 feet more or less to a concrete pillar in the Easterly limit of a 30.00 feet road reserve; (v) thence on a bearing of S 10° 03’ 50” W for a distance of 83.19 feet more or less to a concrete pillar on the same limit of the said road reserve; (y) thence on a bearing N 76° 55’ 10” W for a distance of 146.52 feet more or less to a concrete pillar; (z) thence on a bearing of S 30° 56’ 30” W for a distance of 272.66 feet more or less to a concrete pillar at the intersection of the northerly and westerly limits of two 30.00 feet road reserves; (aa) thence on a bearing of S 39° 31’ 00” W for a distance of 39.22 feet more or less to a concrete pillar at the intersection of the southerly and westerly limits of the said two road reserve; (ab) thence on a bearing of S 8́́́́́9° 26’ 00” W for a distance of 1,226.64 feet more or less to a point on the Easterly limit of another 30.00 feet road reserve; (ac) thence on a bearing of N 0° 11’ 00” E for a distance of 280.40 feet more or less to a concrete pillar at the intersection of the same limit of the said road reserve and the southerly limit of another 30.00 feet road reserve; (ad) thence on a bearing of S 8́́́́́9° 26’ 00” W for a distance of 754.49 feet more or less to a concrete pillar at a bend on the southerly limit of another 30.00 feet road reserve; Registered Land Act 65 (ae) thence on a bearing of S 42° 35’ 30” W for a distance of 501.21 feet more or less to a concrete pillar on the easterly limit of another 30.00 feet road reserve; (ah) thence on a bearing of S 0° 34’ 00” E for a distance of 825.99 feet more or less to the point of commencement.
