All that piece or parcel of land containing 740 Acres situate in the Town of San Ignacio, Cayo District, and being more particularly described as follows – (a) commencing at a concrete pillar on the North-western side of the Western Highway, said concrete pillar, being at the Westernmost Corner of Red Creek Bridge; (b) thence on a true bearing of South 55° 16’ 40” East for a distance of 355.00 feet to a concrete pillar; (c) thence on an approximate bearing of South 15° 30’ West for an approximate distance of 4,290 feet to a concrete pillar at the Southeasternmost Corner of a 30 Acres piece or parcel of land; (d) thence on a true bearing of South 56° 11’ 20” West for an approximate distance of 5,170 feet to a point on 60 the Eastern Bank of the Eastern Branch of the Belize River; (e) thence down stream along said bank for an approximate distance of 8,197 feet to a point; (f) thence on an approximate bearing of North 60° 00’ East for an approximate distance of 1,290 feet to a point; (g) thence on an approximate bearing of South 8́́́́́2° 00” East for an approximate distance of 5,320 feet back to the point of commencement, Vide: Lands and Surveys Department, Tracing No. 18 and Plan No. 1138. The above described Compulsory Registration Area is more clearly shown on the Lands Registration Plan – Block 23 now on display at the Lands Offices. Belmopan and San Ignacio Town.
