Delegation of functions

The Minister hereby delegates to the Minister of State, appointed to assist him, the exercise of powers and performance of functions conferred upon the Minister under the Act, other than powers and functions under section 4, 110(5) (a) and (b) and 156 of the Act (which provisions relate to declaration of compulsory registration areas, certifications of foreign verification of instruments and making of regulations).
