Fees

The fees payable by virtue of section 152 are prescribed in the Fifth Schedule: Provided that no fee shall be charged for the preparation or registration of any instrument in respect of any dealing in favour of the Government or in respect of any business transacted by or on behalf of the Crown or Government for a public purpose.
