Conditions repugnant to interests transferred

(1) Any condition or limitation purporting to restrain absolutely a transferee or any person claiming under him from disposing of the interest transferred shall be void. 61 (2) Any condition or limitation made in relation to a transfer which purports to determine the interest of the transfer on the happening of any future event or on the failure of any future event shall be void. (3) Except as provided in sections 95 to 101, no transfer of land shall contain a direction that the land shall be used or enjoyed by the transferee in a particular manner.
