Tacking and further advances

(1) Provision may be made in the charge for a chargee to make further advances or give credit to the chargor on a current or continuing account, but unless that provision is noted in the register, further advances shall not rank in priority to any subsequent charge except with the consent in writing of the proprietor of the subsequent charge. (2) Except as provided in this section, there is no right to tack.
