Right of third party to transfer of charge

Any person– (a) other than the chargor, who has an interest in the land or lease or charge charged; (b) who is a surety for the payment of the amount secured by the charge; or 53 (c) who is a creditor of the chargor who has obtained an order of court for sale of the charged land, lease or charge, may, on his tendering to the chargee such sums as would have been payable to the chargee if the chargor had sought to redeem the charge under section 73, require the chargee to transfer the charge to him.
