Casual vacancy among directors

(1) If any director dies, resigns, or is removed from office, the vacancy caused thereby shall be filled by a fresh appointment made by the Minister. (2) If any director is temporarily absent from Belize or temporarily incapacitated through illness or for any other sufficient reason from performing his duties as a director, another person may be appointed in his place by the Minister.
