Appointment of directors

Cap. 193, s. 5 · Revised Edition 2020

(1) The Board shall consist of not less than seven nor more than nine persons appointed annually by the Minister and shall hold office during the pleasure of the Minister. (2) The Chairperson of the Board shall be appointed by the Minister.
