Protection of Corporation’s members, officers

The Public Authorities Protection Act, Cap. 31, shall apply to any action, suit, prosecution or proceeding against the Corporation or against any member, officer, servant or agent of the Corporation in respect of any act, neglect or default done or committed by the Corporation or such person in such capacity under the provisions of this Act.
