Loans may be secured by mortgage

The Corporation may, subject to the approval of the Minister, secure the repayment of any sum borrowed by the Corporation for the purposes of this Act by the mortgage or 14 charge of any property vested in the Corporation or of any revenue receivable by the Corporation under this Act.
