Declaration of Reserves

All the lands set out in the first column of the Schedule hereto are hereby declared to be Reserves for the use and occupation of any person resident in Belize, for farming and residential purposes. Such Reserves shall be shown coloured red on plans kept in the office of the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys, Belmopan. Copies of such plans shall be open to inspection free of charge at any time during office hours.
