Meaning of “settler”

In the Minister’s fiat set out in Schedule IV to the National Lands Act the word grantee shall be deemed to include and be applicable to the grantee as well as the executors, administrators and allowed assigns of such grantee as fully to all intents and purposes as if they had in every instance been specially mentioned.
