Maintenance of land
National Lands Rules, r. 13 · Revised Edition 2020
The lessee will be required to agree to maintain the land demised together with all buildings, fixtures and erections thereon in a clean and sanitary condition to the satisfaction of the Chief Agricultural Officer or the Commissioner of Lands and Surveys.
