Land unfit for cultivation

The lessee will not be required to cultivate any land certified by the Chief Agricultural Officer to be unfit for cultivation. Such land shall be excluded from the conditions of the lease and the area, to which the conditions shall apply, will be the total area of the land demised less the area of such uncultivable land.
