Title to land in alien void

Any deed, conveyance, certificate of title, fiat, vesting asset or other assurance of land whatsoever purporting to convey, transfer, vest or evidence title to a legal equitable estate in national land to or in an alien contrary to the provisions of this Act shall for that purpose be void.
