Classification of national lands

(1) National lands shall be classed severally, as follows: (a) town lands; (b) suburban lands; (c) rural, including pastoral, lands; (d) mineral lands; and (e) beach lands. (2) The Minister may, from time to time, define such classes of national lands and cause maps or plans to be prepared showing the above classification, and may vary such definition as seems advisable. national lands-
