Persisting in unlawful occupation
Cap. 191, s. 32 · Revised Edition 2020
Every person who, having been convicted under section 31(1) persists in the unlawful occupation of any national lands,
shall be liable to a fine not exceeding one thousand dollars, upon the information of the Commissioner or any person appointed by him.
