Frontage lines not being straight

When from the frontage line not being straight, or from the interference of other frontage lines, natural features, or the boundaries of private lands, the rules provided in respect of form cannot be accurately observed, the form of the land shall be determined as nearly in accordance with the foregoing provision as circumstances permit.
