Rectification of errors

Whenever it is made to appear to the satisfaction of the Minister on a statutory declaration of the Commissioner or Schedule IV. 16 otherwise that any error exists in any entry or plan in any of the National Lands Books, it shall be lawful for the Minister to issue a new fiat cancelling such erroneous entry or plan in Form (3) in Schedule IV and directing a new and proper entry or plan to be made.
