“Fiat” and “Plan” book

(1) The Registrar after entering the grant, or lease, shall file in books, to be called respectively “the fiat” and “plan” book, the Minister’s fiat and the plan accompanying such fiat, if any. book. (2) Both fiat and plan shall have the number of the grant or lease to which they respectively refer.
