Mode of realising mortgages applied to charge on crops

Cap. 190, s. 98 · Revised Edition 2020

All the provisions relating to the sale of mortgaged property under this Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the sale of growing crops subject to a charge under section 94 of this Act.
