Power of entry on land

The person entitled to the charge shall have the power to enter upon the land on which the crops are growing, (a) with or without experts for the purpose of viewing and examining the said crops; (b) with or without workmen and servants, carts and trucks, for the purpose of cutting and reaping the said crops for sale in accordance with an order of the court made under section 94 (3) of this Act.
