Charge on crops not prejudiced by subsequent transaction

No such charge duly created and registered or recorded shall be extinguished or otherwise prejudicially affected by any sale, mortgage or other encumbrance of or upon the land on 66 which any such crop is growing, or by the death or insolvency of the person creating the charge.
